They use numerous valuation tools to ensure that in the unfortunate scenario that if your vehicle is deemed a total loss, you receive a fair market value.

Once a pre-accident value figure is agreed, these funds will be transferred to you directly, irrelevant of any outstanding finance.

It is then your obligation to clear any existing finance on the vehicle.

As a Claimsline client, you will be entitled to remain using the replacement vehicle for seven days after receiving cleared funds, giving you time to purchase a new vehicle.

If the accident is your fault, we simply manage the repair.

You'll need to notify your insurer that you're reporting a claim and get a claim reference number to give to the Claimsline accident repairer, so they can proceed with your repair.
