Check next stepsClaimsline is an independent claims management company, not your insurer. You may still need to notify your insurer. Some vehicle services use credit agreements; you could be responsible for unrecovered costs under the agreement. Terms are explained before you sign.
Claimsline Group Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities (FRN 831196).
Claimsline Group Ltd is a claims management company and receives a referral fee for introducing customers to a solicitor. Any solicitor we recommend you to is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential guidance. You are free to choose another solicitor.
You are not required to use a claims management company to make a personal injury claim. It is possible to present the claim yourself for free, either directly to the person you wish to claim against, or through an authorised person such as a solicitor. For road traffic accident claims, you can also use the Official Injury Claim portal to make a claim yourself at no cost.

2 An excess saving may be available to eligible non-fault customers only. Eligibility and any saving depend on the accident circumstances, service terms and your insurer’s excess. Not all claims qualify.
4 No-claims bonus protection may be available to eligible non-fault customers only. Eligibility depends on the accident circumstances, service terms and your insurer’s policy. Not all claims qualify.
5 For an eligible non-fault accident, a hire car of the same or similar size and specification to your own may be available on the same day, subject to availability and credit terms. If costs cannot be recovered, you may need to pay under the agreement. If you were at fault, a small courtesy car may be provided by the repairer, subject to availability.
3 No upfront costs means no upfront payment to start your enquiry. If a personal injury claim proceeds on No Win, No Fee1 terms, the success fee and cancellation position are explained before agreement.

You can call us directly first. You may still need to notify your own insurer depending on your policy terms. Claimsline is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities (FRN 831196). We check whether your accident fits the non-fault support route and explain the next steps. Working partners communicate with insurers where needed.
No. We can check whether Claimsline can help after your accident, whatever UK car insurer you are with.
Our Personal Injury service operates on a No Win, No Fee1 basis. There is no upfront success fee for your personal injury claim. If your claim does not succeed, no success fee is charged. If your claim succeeds, a success fee applies — typically 42% inclusive of VAT, though it may be less depending on your circumstances and will never be more. Please note that a cancellation fee may be payable if you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Before you proceed, we explain the success fee, cancellation position and key terms in plain English.
You speak to a real person who takes your details and assesses your situation. If we can help, we assign you a dedicated Claims Manager who supports you with the claim route, medical assessment process and next steps.
We are a claims management company, not an insurer. We do not make any changes to your car insurance policy. Your claim is handled separately — it is a personal injury claim against the at-fault party's insurer, not a claim on your own policy.
