Important information

Claimsline Group Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities (FRN 831196).

Claimsline Group Ltd is a claims management company and receives a referral fee for introducing customers to a solicitor. Any solicitor we recommend you to is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential guidance. You are free to choose another solicitor.

You are not required to use a claims management company to make a personal injury claim. It is possible to present the claim yourself for free, either directly to the person you wish to claim against, or through an authorised person such as a solicitor. For road traffic accident claims, you can also use the Official Injury Claim portal to make a claim yourself at no cost.

Frequently asked questions

You can call us directly first. You may still need to notify your own insurer depending on your policy terms. Claimsline is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities (FRN 831196). We check whether your accident fits the non-fault support route and explain the next steps. Working partners communicate with insurers where needed.

No. We can check whether Claimsline can help after your accident, whatever UK car insurer you are with.

Our Personal Injury service operates on a No Win, No Fee1 basis. There is no upfront success fee for your personal injury claim. If your claim does not succeed, no success fee is charged. If your claim succeeds, a success fee applies — typically 42% inclusive of VAT, though it may be less depending on your circumstances and will never be more. Please note that a cancellation fee may be payable if you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period.

Before you proceed, we explain the success fee, cancellation position and key terms in plain English.

You speak to a real person who takes your details and assesses your situation. If we can help, we assign you a dedicated Claims Manager who supports you with the claim route, medical assessment process and next steps.

We are a claims management company, not an insurer. We do not make any changes to your car insurance policy. Your claim is handled separately — it is a personal injury claim against the at-fault party's insurer, not a claim on your own policy.
