Vehicle Support

Not At Fault: We provide a same day like-for-like replacement vehicle and a free £150 fuel card to help towards cost.

At Fault: We’ll put £150 towards your excess. We manage repairs, requiring you to notify your insurer and provide a claim reference number. When you come to collect your vehicle, the repairer deducts £150 from your excess cost.

Management of claim

We manage the entire claims process from reporting your accident to us, recovering your vehicle, providing a replacement vehicle, dealing with the insurers and getting you paid out for your vehicle.

Who pays out for your claim?

Costs are paid by the at-fault insurance company, incurring no charges to you.

Recovery and Repair

Recovery: If your vehicle isn't drivable, we arrange its recovery.

Repair Coordination: We’ll organise repairs with one of our trusted repairers, all our repairers are BS101 registered manufacture approved Bodyshop's using first-hand parts to restore your vehicle.

No Excess Charges

If you're not at fault, we shield you from excess charges, with an average saving of £537.

Personal Injury Support

In case of personal injuries, we guide you through the necessary support process.
